Frequently asked questions
Everything about booking, paying, checking in, and playing through PickleNet.
How do booking holds work?
When you pick a slot, we place a short hold on it so nobody else can grab it while you complete payment. Finish checkout before the hold expires and the court is yours; if the hold lapses, the slot is released back to everyone. You'll always see the countdown during checkout.
What is the refund policy?
Payments on PickleNet are final and non-refundable. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm you understand the no-refund policy — the payment won't go through without that consent. If something goes wrong on the venue's side (e.g. a court closure), reach out to the venue through chat and they can arrange a courtesy reschedule at their discretion.
How do I pay? Do you support GCash?
Yes. Most venues accept GCash — at the venue you can scan the venue's GCash QR code to settle on the spot, and supported venues also take online payment during checkout. Each venue page lists its accepted payment methods so you know before you book.
How does check-in work at the venue?
Every confirmed booking comes with a QR code. Show it at the front desk (or the venue's check-in tablet) when you arrive — one scan and you're checked in. No printouts needed; the code lives in your booking details.
Can I cancel a booking?
You can cancel a booking from your bookings page, which frees the slot for other players. Note that cancelling does not refund a completed payment — payments are final. If your plans might change, book closer to game time or coordinate a reschedule with the venue first.
How do memberships work?
PickleNet club memberships bundle court access, member rates, coaching perks, and lounge privileges into a monthly plan — from casual to VIP, plus corporate packages for teams. Browse the plans on the Membership page; you'll need to sign in to subscribe.
How do I find players to play with?
Head to the Community page. Once you're signed in you can match with players at your skill level, join open-play sessions at partner venues, and register for tournaments and ladders. Showing up solo is normal here — that's the point.
How do I contact a venue?
Open the venue's page and use the built-in chat to message the venue directly — for questions about courts, equipment rental, group rates, or anything before you book. Venues typically reply fastest during their operating hours.
